Gene Richards Selected as 2019 Michigan Super Lawyer

CMDA is proud to announce that Norman Richards (Gene) been selected for inclusion in the 2019 Michigan Super Lawyer list as a top-rated Estate Planning & Probate attorney. Each year, no more than 5% of Michigan lawyers receive this honor.

The annual selections are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, a Thomas Reuters company, who use a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area. The result is a credible, comprehensive, and diverse listing of exceptional attorneys.

Mr. Richards, a partner in our Livonia office, focuses his practice on estate planning and elder law. He assists clients with the development of customized estate plans to address their specific needs, including family owned businesses, senior adults concerned about long term care needs, and special needs trusts for children with special needs. He may be reached at (734) 261-2400 or nrichards@cmda-law.com.
